Mandy Sham 岑敏宜 is a Chinese-Canadian storyteller, raised between Toronto and Hong Kong. She has travelled to and photographed more than seventy countries & reported across three continents—with a special interest in culture, food diaspora/history, and connections to nature.

Mandy has been featured in GQ, Travel + Leisure, Suitcase Magazine, and Voyageurs du Monde, among others. A profile of her work is published in Adventuress: Women Exploring the Wild by Carolina Amell. She speaks English, Spanish, and Cantonese.
